He primarily works as traffic advisor preparing transport impact assessments for development applications / planning proposals as part of multidisciplinary development teams. He has been involved in some of the largest projects in Sydney including Royal North Shore Hospital, UTS Broadway Building, Harold Park, Castle Towers shopping Centre, Warringah Mall, Barangaroo, Rouse Hill Town Centre etc.
Jason has over twenty-eight years consulting experience in the field of traffic and transport planning for a broad cross-section of clients across the Australasian private and public business sector. Jason has particular expertise in the assessment of proposed land use developments and transport infrastructure with an emphasis on the preparation of traffic and transport impact assessments, integrated transport plans, parking assessments and construction traffic management. Jason appears as an expert witness in the NSW Land and Environment Court.
Wayne has twenty years of consulting experience in the field of traffic and transport planning for a broad cross-section of clients across the Australasian region. Kelly is an associate traffic engineer with 15 years’ of experience in transport planning, traffic engineering and transport modelling. This experience includes preparation of traffic impact assessment, traffic surveys, intersection modelling, parking studies, construction traffic management plans and travel demand forecasting.
Kelly is proficient in the use of the SIDRA intersection analysis programs and also an accomplished user of computer program AutoTURN and AutoTrack to perform vehicle turning path assessments.
Stephen is a transport planner and traffic modeller with over 18 years of experience in a broad range of traffic and transport disciplines. These include micro-simulation modelling, traffic impacts assessments, road safety auditing, transport planning and pedestrian and bicycle planning.
Stephen has worked on a number of large scale micro-simulation projects for the Roads and Maritime Service including the testing of the removal of the tolls from the M4 Motorway, Sydney CBD Paramics Model, Sydney Airport Model, M2 Motorway upgrade, Cumberland Highway M4 Motorway interchange, Spit and Military Road Pinch Points and M4 Managed Motorways Paramics model.
Doris is an associate traffic engineer with 17 years’ experience in transport planning, traffic engineering and road safety. She has extensive experience in a wide range of projects including transport impact assessment, construction traffic management plan, road safety audit, crash investigation, local area traffic management, risk assessment, SIDRA modelling, and data collection/analysis. She has been involved in a number of high profile projects and has presented technical papers on road safety innovation and pedestrian safety at national conferences. Doris is an accredited Level 3 Lead Road Safety Auditor and has certification to prepare work zone traffic management plans.
Santi is a Traffic Engineer with over seven years experience in the transport sector. She has experience in transport, and parking impacts assessments for a variety of developments, SIDRA traffic modelling, pedestrian and cyclist infrastructure planning and design, and carrying out safety assessments and road safety auditing. Santi is an RMS (Level 2) Road Safety Auditor and has completed road safety engineering assessments at different stages of the audit process, namely, feasibility, concept, detailed, pre-opening and existing road stages.
Oasika is a Traffic Engineer with six years of experience in traffic and transportation engineering in private consulting. Oasika has a wide range of professional skills and experience in traffic and transport projects including traffic impact assessments, active transport planning, parking strategies, traffic calming studies, green travel plans and construction traffic management plans. She has worked with clients in both the private and public sectors with involvement in a wide range of small and large developments and town centre studies.
Through her work, Oasika has gained extensive experience in mapping, data collection and analysis, and software packages such as SIDRA Intersection, ArcGIS, QGIS and CAD.

In addition, Jessica is an accredited Level 1 Road Safety Auditor and has certification to prepare work zone traffic management plan.
Paul is a Traffic Engineer with 6 years of experience in both private consulting and local Council.
Paul has a wide range of professional skills and experience in providing consulting services for
residential, commercial, education, parkland and public facility developments. Paul’s areas of
expertise include Traffic and Parking Impact Assessment, Intersection Analysis and Modelling,
Construction Traffic Management, Compliance Assessment and Carpark designs.
Kenta has over six years’ experience in traffic engineering, transport planning and road safety in both public and private sectors. He has experience in assessing and reviewing traffic and parking impacts of several developments through his involvement with Hornsby Shire Council. He has further refined his ability through preparing multiple transport impact assessment reports and received exposure to assessing construction traffic implications of major projects around NSW.
Kenta is currently assisting John Holland CPB Contractors Joint Venture (JHCPB) in preparing Traffic Management Plans for the construction works of WestConnex Stage 3B.
Karl has three years of professional experience in traffic engineering and transportation. Karl is proficient with CAD and is adept preparing car park design reviews, concept design plans of intersections, pedestrian and cycling facilities, swept-path analysis, circulation study for heavy vehicles, vertical clearance assessment and traffic control plans for construction activities. Karl is accredited with Transport for NSW to prepare transport management plans for construction activities.
Clinton is a recent BE Civil (Hons)/B Com graduate from UNSW. Clinton has recently begun his professional career working at The Transport Planning Partnership being primarily involved in traffic impact assessments, construction traffic management planning and SIDRA traffic modelling.
Charbel is a Graduate Traffic Engineer with over two years of experience in traffic and transportation engineering. His experience primarily encompasses the preparation of Traffic Impact Assessments, Green Travel Plans and Construction Traffic Management Plans. Charbel also manages and conducts various traffic and parking surveys for the company, and is well versed in pneumatic tube counter analysis software (MetroCount Traffic Executive). Charbel also has a strength in Traffic Modelling, having prepared numerous models using SIDRA software and is currently in the process of developing his microsimulation (AIMSUN) skills.
Hang is a recent civil engineering graduate with an Honours degree from the University of Technology, Sydney. She has experience with public infrastructure projects through her previous involvement with Strathfield Council and since joining TTPP, she has gained experience working on traffic impact assessments (TIA), construction traffic management planning (CTMP) and SIDRA Intersection modelling.
