TTPP was responsible for the development and delivery of the Goulburn Traffic Model. The study involved a review of the current traffic and transport conditions and the preparation of microsimulation models used to assess conditions on Hume Street under a “do minimum” scenario, over the next 20 years. The study also identified the impacts of the proposed upgrade on traffic movements and local access needs.
